Ashley obtained her BA in Political Science/Pre-law from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and will graduate from Denver University’s Sturm College of Law in May 2023. During her time in law school, Ashley has served as the 1L representative and Vice President of the Black Law Student Association where she advocated for and mentored black students. Ashley has a wide range of experience beginning before her law school career starting when she worked with the Alternate Defense Counsel of Colorado to protect indigent clients. During law school, Ashley has interned in Colorado’s state and federal courts, and worked for notable organizations and firms like the ACLU and Rathod Mohamedbhai.
